The design incorporates rendered expanded polystyrene on the ground floor, balancing both aesthetic and practical needs with an insulation rating of R5. The upstairs, finished in thermo-treated larch cladding, promises longevity without the usual maintenance hassles.

In Australia, our collaboration with Zenhaus ensured the smooth installation of the residence. Impressively, this two-storey home was assembled in a mere five crane days, earning a commendable 7.5 star NatHERS rating.
